Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above $25 USD.
Transit, handling and order cutoff time domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 8-14 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Note: Sometimes order can take little longer than expected to arrive due to customs or some other reasons.
Delivery terms
We use USPS and YunExpress to deliver our product.
Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@zeusretro.com
Cancellations
If the customer wants to cancel the order, they must contact us via email within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it's past 12 hours, we'll not be able to cancel the order for any reason.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
